As the new season gets underway and the weather improves you’re no doubt looking forward to spending time at your holiday home but chances are you now have some concerns regarding the recent outbreak of Coronavirus in the UK.
These are challenging and unprecedented times for us all, but we want to put your mind at ease. We would like to reassure you that we have had no outbreaks of Coronavirus at any of our parks. You park is open and operating as normal. Should the situation change, we’ll let you know.
Your safety is our priority
Keeping our owners, holidaymakers and team members safe is our top priority. Although the risk at this stage is low, we want you to enjoy your time at your holiday home with confidence. What to do if you feel unwell at park
Should you or any member of your party begin to feel unwell with Coronavirus symptoms, please inform our Park Management Team immediately. We then suggest that you follow government advice and leave the park straight away in order to return home to self-isolate. It is important that you do not visit reception or any public area on the park. Information for private subletters
If you sublet your holiday home privately, please note that you are now required to supply hand soap for your guests which must be replaced at every check-in. There is also some useful information for holidaymakers on every park website.
